INTERNET PUBLISHED PRICES
Published prices may be based on low season, midweek travel and subject to availability at the time of booking. Published prices serve as guidelines only. Your actual tour price may be higher. Be sure to review all the amenities of the tour you purchase before payment.

LOWEST PRICES GUARANTEE
On some tour programs, TIS may elect to offer Low Price Guarantee. On tour packages that are advertised with Low Price Guarantee, TIS will match and beat any bona fide competitive offer presented in writing, by the competitive agency to the group, before a TIS booking is made. A bona fide competitive tour offer must be for the same airline flights, departure and return dates, accommodations, and any other additional services or benefits, and for the same number of tour participants. All services on the offer must show as verifiable confirmed space. Promotion does not apply to already booked tours. TIS reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion, for any specific tour program, without notice.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Airline tickets and/or complete packages are non refundable once travel documents are issued. We strongly recommend that tour participants protect themselves against loss of airfare, land arrangements costs, and in case of injury or illness. Trip insurance can be purchased through Travel International.

RESPONSIBILITY
TIS Exell, Inc. d.b.a. Travel International and/or the sponsoring organization act only in the capacity of an agent for the passenger in all matters connected with airline reservations & tickets, and tour wholesalers. Travel services rendered in any means of transportation, hotels, sightseeing tour, restaurants, etc. reflect the position of TIS Exell, Inc. solely as agent, and TIS Exell, Inc. is, accordingly, free of responsibility for any damage from any cause. TIS Exell, Inc. and/or its agents or sponsoring organization is not responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late departures, miss-connections between flights, changes of schedules, strikes, disruption of travel due to political, social unrest or other conditions. Client acknowledges the inherent hazards associated with any mode of travel US domestic or worldwide and/or the specific destinations of this tour. The itineraries shown are planned at the time of display, but are subject to changes should circumstances make changes necessary.

ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE ABOVE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY. By accepting any travel documents or reservations, the client acknowledges the position of this agency stipulated herein, and agrees to hold the agency and/or sponsoring organization blameless in making these arrangements and that any claims if made, shall be sought directly from the suppliers. Client also agrees to all terms outlined in the brochures pertaining to above travel. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the state of California.
